When you think of the term "sci-fi," the next word to pop into your head probably isn't "sexy. However, I would argue that if you look a little deeper, you can see that they're not mutually exclusive. Sci-fi movies often place characters in dangerous or unfamiliar situations, leaving a lot of tension in the air.
These films generally dedicate a large amount of running time to nudity and sex. Obviously there is some blurring of genre lines between science fiction and other genres like horror, fantasy, etc. My intention is to include any films that prominently feature science fiction elements, so any film with both sci-fi and horror should be included.
